This will problably won't mean as much to you as more familiar labels such as Leading Hotels of The World, Chateaux et Relais, but this Certification problably much more significant. A Quality Certification commits a company to deliver a top quality service and obliges, I repeat OBLIGES it to meet and satisfy every client's needs. Of course this is the plan of every hotel and it is commonly used as publicity but, in our case, that goal has to be proven to be recorded, to audited and avaluated.
To be honest, the changes are not very visible for the public as we were already trying very hard to deliver a quality service. The changes are more intense int he "back office" where we have to keep track of the entire system and make sure any problem is dealt in a proper manner.
Quality is a commitment that this hotel is willing to assume and honor.
