New Year’s Eve in Lisbon

The party has return “home”

After one year pause, the New Year celebration returned to Praça de Comércio, a mystic place, where locals and tourists get together to welcome the New Year.

In 2011 the City Hall decided to cancel the celebrations due to financial problems, but this year the party is back and with the always outstanding firework at midnight.

The program includes, beside the firework, a concert that brings together 3 different generations of Portuguese music.
