Treated Like a King and Queen - Service was Exceptional

Almost every night the housekeeping staff left us a gift. We felt very well treated by the staff. A bit of splurge but worth every penny if you like genteel service (which some people don't care about). We also loved the attentiveness of the staff at the brunch.

The customer service is outstanding. Staff are very attentive, friendly and professional. We had a drink in the bar and loved the relaxed environment. Brilliant hotel in a fabulous location.

An absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location for visiting Lisbon. We booked with the hotel directly and as a result got an upgrade to a lovely suite. Probably the best thing about the Avenida Palace is the staff. Every one of them are really fantastic. They just do everything they possibly can’t.
