The Spanish people choose Lisbon, Sintra and Cascais as one of their favorite destinations during the Holy week!

Spain, Europe capitals and Spanish coasts are the favorite places for Spanish travelers to book their Easter holidays with an average spending between 250 and 400 euros per person for stays of four or five days, according to the data provided by the Rumbo Online travel agency.

Eight out of every ten travelers demand destinations like Madrid, Barcelona, Seville and Malaga while in Europe they prefer travelling to London, Paris and to the Portuguese cities of Lisbon and Cascais and Sintra.

On the coast, preferences are in Alicante, Las Palmas and Mallorca as shown through the majority of reservations. For long distance destinations New York remains as the most desired destination.

On the other hand, cruises are becoming more important "due to its increasing popularity and to the diversity of the existing supply", becoming an option for many travelers, especially for couples who choose four to six-day itineraries, fundamentally, in the Mediterranean.
