Classics on Parade

The Avenida da Liberdade will be “invaded” by cars from another era.

In a partnership between Associações do Comércio e Serviços, Clube de Automóveis Antigos da Costa Azul and Moove Up, on October 11th between 11.00 and 17.00h, the Avenida da Liberdade will host the 2nd Lisbon Vintage Cars Parade.

On display there will be 200 precious Vintage Cars, from the 20s onwards. Each decade will be represented by several specimens, all property of private collectors.

Special notes to a Ford T from 1910 and another from 1915, the oldest vehicles present at the event.
But there’s a lot to see, Rolls Royce, Cadillac, Buick, Jaguar, Porsche, Packard, Chevrolet, MG, Triumph, Mercedes, Ferrari, and others. Also on display there will be the only car manufactured in Portugal an Edfor Grand Sport 1937.

All visitors can take pictures to the cars on display and talk to their owners.

By 17.00h the vehicles will parade towards the Rossio, and up the Avenida da Liberdade, finishing by the roundabout of the Marquês de Pombal.
