Guest reviews are one of the most important tools a hotel could have. Used the right way it will, for sure, help to provide a better service.
In the Hotel Avenida Palace, we value all reviews and try to reply in time to all. The biggest player in terms of reviews is, of course, TripAdvisor. With over 65 million visitors, TripAdvisor holds the higher part of online reviews but it is not the only one, Expedia, Booking or Google+, all have a share of our attention.
Another important “channel” to get reviews is the Customer Satisfaction Survey available in the room. Recent numbers stated that around 15% of guests fill it, a number that will, certainly, increase in the next years.
At the Hotel Avenida Palace we monitor all reviews in a daily basis and use them to learn, to teach and to improve the quality of our service.
